MD Live E-Treatment

Need care now? Skip the waiting room with MD Live E-Treatment – no live chat required.1

What it is
MD Live E-Treatment provides talk-free, on-demand access to urgent care for over 100 non-emergency conditions. After a patient completes a brief assessment of their symptoms, their responses are routed to an MD Live board-certified provider.2 Patients receive their diagnosis and treatment plan within an hour, with prescriptions sent to their pharmacy of choice, if necessary.3

    E-Treatment will be available in US states, except Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Patients who don't have E-Treatment available will not see it as an option in the MD Live patient portal. E-Treatment is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm ET, excluding federal holidays.

    If your MD Live doctor believes the patient's condition requires a higher level of care, they can quickly and easily transfer the patient to a phone or video consultation so they don't have to start their visit over.

    Prescriptions are available at the physician's discretion when medically necessary.

MD Live Well-being Tools

Digital tools keep members engaged between visits and seamlessly bridge the information gap between patients and their behavioral health provider to improve outcomes.

What it is
Available through the MD Live Health Coaching app, MD Live Well-being Tools allow patients to share data with their behavioral health provider or care team between visits. An MD Live therapist or psychiatrist has the option to assign Well-being Tools to a patient after the initial visit, allowing them to track to track progress on their journey and detect potential treatment issues early. The tools include CBT-based action plans, guided meditation, journaling, and trackers for mood, anxiety, and sleep.
